We are a matching service, not a lender
Specter Loans is a business funding matching service. We do not lend money, issue credit, or make credit decisions. All funding is provided by independent third-party lenders and funding providers who make their own underwriting, approval, and pricing decisions.
No guarantee of approval, terms, or timing
Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer, an approval, a specific amount, rate, term, or funding date. References to speed — including "same-day funding" and review-time targets — describe outcomes that are possible for qualified, complete files after a lender approves and funds a request. They are goals, not promises. Actual timing depends on the lender, the completeness of your file, verification steps, and bank processing.
Fees and compensation
We do not charge merchants upfront fees to submit a request or to be matched. Specter Loans may receive compensation from lenders or funding partners when a request results in funding. This compensation may influence which options are presented and in what order.
Credit inquiries
Our initial review does not involve a hard credit pull. Lenders you are matched with may perform credit inquiries — including hard inquiries — as part of their own underwriting, subject to their disclosures and your authorization.
